Payment Processing:

We use Clover for all payment processing.  A safe link will be sent to the clients where they can remit payment.  We will never see the credit card or bank information.  Each rental is to be paid in full before delivery.  All payments are to be remitted using the payment link. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex.

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to cancel for inclement weather which include high winds over 15mph, temperatures below 50 and rain. In the event of a cancellation, whether initiated by you or us, rest assured that all payments will be promptly refunded in full. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.

Privacy Policy:

At Bounce Dr. Inflatables, LLC, we highly value your privacy and assure you that any personal information collected through our website will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of enhancing your customer experience.

Delivery Fee:

Enjoy free delivery within 30 miles of our office. An additional fee will apply beyond this radius

What to Expect With Every Rental:

We will set up the unit on a tarp and secure the Bounce Houses with stakes. The stakes will be covered with a cone for safety to avoid a tripping hazard. We provide a 100 ft cord and blower with every rental. The units will be delivered 1-2 hours before an event. Pick-up times vary based on our daily schedule. Each unit will be picked up before sunset.

Surfaces:

Outdoor rentals require an even, level surface to ensure safety and proper set up. We must be able to drive the stakes into the ground.

For indoor events we will need to ensure the ceiling clearance. Each unit will be secured with 100lb sand bags for maximum safety and stability. 

Pricing:

Prices shown under each item are for an all-day rental. The prices do not include the payment processing fees.

Unit Maintenance:

We thoroughly  inspect the Bounce Houses after every use. We meticulously vacuum the inside in its entirety. A gentle cleaner is used to sanitize the unit by hand from top to bottom on the inside and outside of unit after every use.

Insurance: 

If you choose to purchase coverage before an event, please reach out to your personal insurance agent.

Deposit:

We require a 25% deposit to lock in your rental date and time. This will be deducted from the total cost. Payment in full is to made 5 days before delivery.
